Sneaky Pete pool cues were used in the past by pool hustlers to unexpectantly exploit their opponents by making them believe that they were amaturer pool players. While most house cues are one piece in design the sneaky pete cue looks like a one piece cue but has a hidden joint so that it can be carried in a standard cue case. Most sneaky pete pool cues are well made and have many of the quality features of more expensive sticks. Simple straight-forward design makes this cue stand out in a crowd. The butt has alternating stripes and blocks of ebony extending straight up the natural maple cue. The design extends the entire length of the cue, and has an unwrapped grip area. The cue also features a stainless steel butt cap. The joint is polished stainless steel. There are silver rings at the joint and at the butt cap. The medium-hard tip resembles a Le Pro, and is on a 13mm ferrule. The hard rock maple shaft has a pro taper.
